Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We do not dispatch packages on Saturday, Sunday and official public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard international shipping is adopted for all products:
  • United States: 10–18 business days
  • UK, Canada, Australia, European countries: 12–22 business days
  • Other global regions: 15–25 business days
Delivery delays may happen due to customs inspection, holiday shopping peaks, local logistics suspension or force majeure, which are out of our control. We cannot compensate for delays caused by third-party logistics and customs.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $35
  • Fixed flat shipping fee of $4.99 for orders under $35

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email automatically. You can check real-time delivery status through the link.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import fees and clearance charges imposed by your local customs authority. We will not bear any extra customs-related expenses.

6. Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

If the package is returned to our warehouse for reasons including incorrect shipping address, recipient unclaimed, address unknown or customer refusal to receive, buyers need to pay a reshipping fee for re-delivery.

We take no responsibility for lost shipments resulting from invalid contact and address information provided by customers.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses.
